I tend to assume the people reading my blogs already know me personally, but as I set my sights on new horizons, I understand this will change. So, aside from the overview on my homepage, here's a list of facts about me.
Background
1. Born and raised in Las Vegas, NV. No, I didn't live on the strip. Yes, the strip is a ton of fun when you're finally 21.
2. The oldest of 3 girls. Naturally those big sis duties fall into other categories of my life. I like to make sure people feel good and are taken care. (Sometimes driving people crazy because I ask if they're okay)
3. Studied Journalism with an emphasis in Strategic Communications and a minor in Dance at University of Nevada, Reno. I've danced most of my life and actually went to performing arts middle/ high school for dance.
4. Currently working as an Account Coordinator in the Digital Marketing/ E-learning platform space at Circus Street. (all views expressed here are my own)
5. I'm in a relationship. Dating an incredible guy named Evan. He's been there through probably the worst years and has done all he can to help. Extremely grateful for his love and support.
Hobbies and Interests
6. Writing. I've been writing things on the interwebs since my Tumblr days back in 2010, but I've loved writing since I was in 6th grade. #nerd
7. Photography/ Videography. I am obsessed with taking photos and videos. I love visual narratives, but also just capturing moments. My friends call me the paparazzi (but then ask for those same photos to post later).
8. Fashion. Seriously from a young age, my eyes were glued to Vogue and Vanity fair. I love the history and the craft as an art form. I sketch and attempt to sew. Got accepted to fashion schools out of high school and didn't go, but it's still a part of me. Living in NYC gives me all the feels.
9. Dance. Give me a floor and I will dance on it. I've had the opportunity to perform and choreograph in incredible places. It will always be a part of me.
10. D-I-Y crafts. As basic as it gets over here. Give me a hot glue gun and I'm in heaven.
Lifestyle and Culture
11. I LOVE FOOD. I LOVE IT. I LOVE IT. I LOVE IT. I am a human garbage disposal. My record is 14 plates at a buffet.
12. I am a loyal member of the Beyhive. I've seen Beyonce' three times live and have every album she's ever made. My best friend and I drove 8 hours to Vegas listening to only her (on more than one occasion. lol) Excessive much?
13. Rom-Coms, Documentaries, and home/style shows are my go-to. Along with the classics a.k.a Grey's Anatomy and the Office.
14. I don't like beer. People hate me for it, but I'm a cider/ wine girl through and through. Oh and tequila too.
15. Spending time with my family and friends. I love sleepovers and girls'nights in. Seriously I am fortunate to have some of the best people in my life. Every moment I can spend with them are moments I hold onto.

17. Introverted Extrovert for life. It basically means I am a hermit crab, who can turn into a social butterfly at a moment's notice. I love being in the spotlight, but also love my cave. It's an interesting life to live. lol
18. I'm a big softie. I cry at tv shows, love diving into deep conversations, and wearing my heart on my sleeve.
19. Hugs over handshakes. I like to be relaxed with people and make them feel comfortable. There's enough coldness in the world. I like to leave people feeling warm and uplifted.
20. I try my hardest to be Type A, but I think I've finally accepted that I'm more of a Type B. I'm a planner and I pay attention to detail, but I'm also super flexible and go with the flow often. This is also why I struggle with diets and workout plans. lol
Random Things You Might Not Believe Are True
21.I had spine surgery when I was 14 for scoliosis. I have a titanium rod in my back down the length of my spine. (*screams I AM TIIIITAAAANIIIIUUUMMM*)
22. I won Ms. Congeniality in a debutante ball when I was 17. And like Gracie Lou Freebush, I really do want world peace too.
23. I honestly could live without chocolate. I know I'm crazy. lol
